Round-trip travel to program destination, meals, visa fees, books or personal expenses. NOTE: The above program fee and cost estimates do not include vacation travel even though it is an important element of the educational experience.

Payment Schedule
You will make your payments to the Norwich University Bursar’s office as you normally would for a semester at NU on the Bursar’s published schedule.  Your student bill will reflect the program fee and any financial aid that is transferrable to your study abroad program.

Withdrawal Policy
If for any reason you withdraw before or during the course of the program, NU’s International Center must be notified in writing. If you neglect to put your withdrawal notification in writing (form provided in your study abroad folders), you will be charged the full program fee regardless of when you withdraw. Upon receipt of written notification, the withdrawal fee will be calculated according to the following schedule. The amounts shown on the schedule represent the costs of the program to date. If more than the amount listed below has been paid, a refund will be made for the overpayment. If a balance is still due, that amount must be paid to Norwich University.
