Program Description:
Fu Hsing Kang College is a military college located in Taipei City, Taiwan.  Its origins can be traced back to 1951 when the School for Political Warfare Officers was founded.  In 2006, they merged with the National Defense University in 2006.

The goal of FHK is to nurture all-around, modern political warfare officers specialized in counseling, campaign literature, psychological warfare, military news, and civilian affairs. In addition, we highlight humanitarian concerns, practice honest school tradition, fulfill honor system, solidify academic knowledge, and reinforce student judgments in implementing core values of the College.
