Program Description:

Course Title:  HI 260 Topics in History:  Modern Germany:  Military, Politics, and Culture
This program will be grounded in military, political, and cultural history, and focus on
the past, present and future of Germany’s role in the world. Students will do
coursework in Berlin, mostly consisting of hands-on learning experiences. These will
include visits to museums and field trips in the region, for example a visit to Potsdam
to explore the impacts of Frederick the Great on Germany's culture and history.
